WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We currently accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We deduct up to $15 (international orders) on refunds to cover shipping and restocking costs. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please e-mail us at contact@tofuteam.com for any questions. If the item you received is faulty or not as described, please attach your order number and photo proof and we'll sort it out!
WHERE IS THE STORE BASED?
Our team is based out of Toronto, Canada but all shipments are sent from the USA or Europe!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order fulfillment normally takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Please add the product to your cart and begin checkout to get estimated shipping times and prices. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been shipped. US orders can take anywhere from 5-20 business days after shipment. We ship via USPS First Class Mail. You can track your shipment via 17track.net. International shipment times vary by destination country. We ship via USPS First Class Mail (approximately 14-30 business days to deliver). We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be charged custom fees when they arrive to your country.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?
Shipping fees depend on the price of the item, please add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout to check shipping prices to your address.
WHEN DO YOU RESPOND TO E-MAILS?
We respond customer e-mails Monday to Friday and do our best to check on weekends too! If you have an urgent question about cancelling/changing your order but you are e-mailing us on friday night or the weekend, don't worry, we don't process orders during the weekend so your order will stay intact.
WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE XXX DATE?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we recommend buying the items a month in advance. There is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
